For nearly a decade Sintrex has invested in the next generation of IT professionals and we've retained more than 80% of them.

GRADUATE PROGRAMME

A structured 12-month programme giving IT graduates hands-on exposure to infrastructure management, ITOC operations, security and software development within a live enterprise environment.

 

Interns work alongside senior specialists, contributing to real client projects from day one. High performers are offered permanent positions upon completion.

Designed for school leavers, our learnership partners with accredited technical colleges to provide structured qualifications alongside on-the-job training at Sintrex.

 

Learners gain nationally recognised IT qualifications, equipping them to pursue further study or employment in the IT sector, contributing directly to South Africa's skills pipeline.
