Sintrex is founded as a privately owned company by Philip Welman, Ludwig Myburgh and Adriènne Kotzé
2001 – 2006
Workforce grew from 3 to 12 employees. Branch established in Midrand, Gauteng.
2007 – 2013
Navigated global recession while sustaining financial growth. Awarded top honours in the DTI SMME awards for IT job creation.
2017
Alviva Holdings (Pty) Ltd acquired a 51% stake, growing to 87.77% by 2020.
2020 – Present
Workforce surged to 150+ employees. Emile Biagio appointed CEO in 2023, continuing the drive for IT innovation.
